Exceptional hosts, immaculate property, quiet and practical setting. Close to the amenities of Sechelt, Joyveal's Homey Place was an ideal base for our two-week stay on The Sunshine Coast. We found the house to be spacious, well-maintained and pristine. The kitchen has everything you need, including items like coffee, tea, foil, kitchen roll and washing up liquid. The wrap-round garden is delightful with an abundance of seating areas, foliage and water features. Jovy and Leah are amazing hosts. They responded immediately to our communications. If you're still thinking about whether to go to The Sunshine Coast, I can honestly say it is possibly the most stunning landscape I have ever seen - expanses of forest meet gorgeous bays. Our favourite places were Chatterbox Falls, Skookumchuk Narrows, Pender Harbour and Halfmoon Bay. Thank you, Jovy and Leah, for being great hosts. This surely was a holiday of a lifetime.

The Beach House Texada - Oceanfront Cabin se může pochlubit výhledem na hory a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou a balkonem. The view of the water was amazing. Lots of birds and sea life to observe from the deck and through the large windows.

The hosts, Sylvia and Don, were attentive, friendly and responsive for us if we needed them. They even brought us home baked cookies on the second day and there was homemade quince jam in the kitchen. - all delicious. I asked for the recipe for the cookies and Sylvia delivered a printed copy to us in the suite - amazing! The property was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything needed was thought of and the suite has an eclectic and interesting vibe. We had quite a bit of rain when we were there, with it being late May, and were travelling with our 89 year old mother so to have such a comfortable, cozy space to spend time in was wonderful. Having the beach so close by and the views of the Strait from the property was a bonus we took advantage of, even with the rain. We would all go back there in a heartbeat.

The location is absolutely perfect and within a short walk to Gibson town for food/drinks and several amazing beaches. Karen is a great host and provided my family and I with some great local tips on places to visit. This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back again in the future.
