Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. Best hotel ever. Beautiful and super close to the beach. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Bed is comfortable. Swimming pool area is very well decorated. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location a few minutes walk down a pretty, flower-filled lane to Perissa black sand beach. Boutique, adult only, quiet, felt safe & secure as solo female guest. Friendly and helpful staff. The room type I selected was one on the ground floor with pool access from my patio. I believe mine was #105, toward the far end of the property.

We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.

Location and friendliness of Mr George at reception, immaculately clean apartment,lovely decoration and comfortable bed, a nice terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing,very close to the beach and restaurants around.I would love to stay there again

Omna Caldera Suites nabízí restauraci, sezónní venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Kokkinopetra Beach se nachází 500 metrů odtud. Everything was amazing. Maria the manager of the hotel did everything for us. She was the best host and super nice. She told us the places we should visit in the island and recommended some bars and restaurants also. Because of her, our trip was the most enjoyable ever and the other staff also were super kind. Chef in the hotel cooks amazing food and you get the food delivered to your room and while you eat, you get to see the amazing view from the terrace. The stunning view and the room was just breathtaking. I don’t have anything to complain. The best host, the best hotel that you really get value for your money. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were just amazing. Highly recommend to rent a car since the hotel is a bit far away from the tourist attractions and this way you get to explore the island by yourself more. Santorini and this hotel took our hearts and we will definitely visit again and come back to this hotel.

If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Hostel 16 Oia se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Oia Caldera v destinaci Oia. Pláž Katharos se nachází 1,2 km daleko, Archeologické muzeum Thera 14 km a Santorini přístav 23 km. Nice design of rooms, almost felt like a tiny separate enclosed room than a bunk bed (it's just a lot more spacious than I've seen in other hostels). Dana the staff member was super friendly and helpful. Obviously location is superb being right in heart of Oia.
