The bungalow was great. Clean, lots of room and the location is close to Olala restaurant and the village itself. Robi the manager is very helpful and always checking to make sure all is good. Staff were friendly. The snorkelling right of the dock (which is Olala’s but they were fine with Santi using) was fantastic most days. Definitely would return here

Navíc super kamarádský majitelé se svým neúnavným malým synem, kteří se o vás postarají jak ve vašich požadavcích, tak vám poskytnou i spousty informací k cestování po ostrově a dají vám tipy na výlety a restaurace. Nicméně nelze zapomenout i na jejich restauraci přímo vedle apartmánu, kde podávají vynikající snídaně a skvělé večeře přímo na přání. K tomu i plno ovoce a skvělé černé kafe.

The home-cooked breakfast every morning was excellent. Fresh food well-prepared. The owner, Ibu Saliza, remembered which foods I especially liked and made sure to serve them again and saved me some! She is also a great source of information and help. Saliza knows the flights and transport that Google doesn't and she will book them for you. Ask her anything about travel, local history, food, anything. She is a great person to chat with. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet all day and all evening. Good aircon for comfortable sleep at night, or sit out on the dock in the evening and enjoy the water and the stars. The snorkeling right off the dock was great--better than when I booked a seat on a dive boat. I initially booked three nights but extended to six, and wish I could have stayed longer!

Not only is this a paradise on earth, but the people working there are all so genuinely warm, kind, helpful and caring! We got many new friends during our 8 days long stay. We are definitely coming back!

Location is great, away from the crowded village of Iboih, so quieter and sleeping with the gentle sound of the ocean was wonderful. The view of the sea from the bungalow veranda was pretty and a short walk down steep steps took you to the rocky foreshore from where we snorkeled. A good variety of reef fish, especially in the mornings, plus big clams and starfish. The coral around Sabang generally is not good compare to other parts of Indonesia (Karimunjawa, Flores) and fish stock was reportedly depleted during Covid when tourism stopped for 2 years. The bungalow was great with French doors opening wide to the verandah. We had a fan one rather than AC. There were nice touches, like a water fountain with hot water option to make coffee, tea and cup noodles, even a tea towel for the cups and plates, and a hot water shower. Very clean and well maintained. Wiggy was a helpful host, keeping us informed via WhatsApp of any events, and his lad assistant Riki was fantastic. Just down the hill there is a great dive shop Scubaholik rents snorkeling gear and will orangise and equip dive trips for those qualified to dive, snorkel and dolphin chasing trips from 2 to 20 pax.

The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home and part of their family. I will never forget them. The rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. It is possible to swim and snorkel from the small beach.

The Hawk's Nest Resort se nachází v destinaci Sabang a má zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a vybavení pro vodní sporty. The Hawks's Nest Resort First of all I just want to review the place as if it was any other place. The room was really nice, very spacious and with a nice couch and coffee table where our family could sit and relax, the view from either bed or the couch was amazing with the ocean and the very well maintained and beautiful jungle flora in between. It was clean and honestly one of, if not the best place my family and I have ever stayed in South East Asia. Would recommend anyone to go here. Now I want to review the people who made this the best experience we've ever had hands down. The staff was so incredible pleasant and friendly to be around. We had the greatest days here and they made us feel like family. The guys and girls that worked in the restaurant and grounds all had an amazing way of making us feel at home. It was layed back but in a very polite and natural way. It seemed very clear to us that the people working there enjoyed what they were doing and also each others and the guests company. The manager Llya was so nice to be around and she made sure that we had the best possible stay ever. We can never really repay her for her outstanding service and friendly, inviting way of being. Thank you so much for everything Hawk's Nest we hope people will enjoy their stay at least half as much as we did, but really we know they will. Best regards from Denmark 🇩🇰

Small apartment with private bathroom and western shower. Balcony with Sea view. Only 10 meters to the Ocean (private beach). Free drinking water and hot water. It’s possible to buy coffee and small goods at the hostel. The owner is very kind. Bed is big and comfortable. Fan is enough to keep the room cool with open windows.

Peaceful and tucked away, this is a wonderful place to call home for a week or more! The cabins have a forest or waterfront location, with a terrace and hammock to call your own. There’s A/C, hot water, and fast WiFi. The dining area is beautifully set on the water, with snorkelling available directly out front. The food is excellent, but it’s the staff who really shine: Annie, Teatree, and Boy really went that extra mile to make our stay perfect! I would love to come back.
