Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!

Super friendly and engaging hosts. Extremely clean & well equipped room - bathroom very new - for me fantastic bed. Also very cozy shared living room area. Enjoyed the dogs & cat. Even provided gluten free bread & dairy free margarine for me. Would recommend to anyone who is happy to have a bit of a walk to town or to the lake.

I was very happy to arrive at the warm and cosy Wilson Arms after a long rainy day hiking the Cumbria Way. The room with a beautiful view was very nice and I immediately felt at home. My personal highlight was the golden bathtub right in the room. Awesome! There were lots of gluten-free options for both breakfast and dinner, which is not always so easy for me when travelling. I would definitely stay here again.
