What I loved the most was how much pride the owner has taken into his property; the property was immaculately clean, unique art decor and the view of Ben Nevis (with our own private patio access) was outstanding I met the owner on arrival and he was very respectful and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The owners are very easy to communicate with and are very kind and efficient. In particular I forgot a sweater there and they were really nice to hold it until a friend could pass by and pick it up. The room was clean and comfortable.

This place is a gem! Mark was an amazingly welcoming, obliging, kind host intent on giving you the best service possible. As a chef, he takes pride - and pleasure - in making your stay a memorable experience and will do everything and anything to achieve that. Breakfast was surreal: the buffet alone was mouth-watering; everything was tastefully decorated and more than anyone can possibly eat. On top, you could choose an extra dish which he personally prepared there and then for you - a feast for the eye, the palate - and most certainly the soul! The Lawriestone Guess House it’s in a beautiful position, the view from our room was gorgeous, we really enjoyed our stay, it’s very clean, very comfortable, our room was nice decorated and we slept very well, the breakfast was very nice, all fresh. Jan and Jamie are really lovely, made us very welcome and they were very helpful too, when we needed some tips for what we were doing.We definitely will stay at Lawriestone again, when we go up to Fort Williams, to explore other parts near there. Thank you

Everything is good . Location is near town centre, there is a water body in front of the, staff is amazing and breakfast is served well. I asked for some extra amenities like hot water bottle and the staff gave it to me for my whole stay. She was very person and assisted us very well.

The position is excellent to go on foot in the city centre. The landscape around the house is really good! Nic is really kind and also helped us with a problem we had with our rental car. The room was big, clean and the bed really comfortable. Nothing was wrong. We are really satisfied!

My family booked 2 rooms during our recent stay. The place looks new, recently renovated. It was very bright, clean and cozy. It not only generously provided all the necessary toiletries, it also added towels and cotton wools for make up remover. Response from owner was extremely prompt. This place is worth staying again.

    The view of Ben Nevis from our “private” patio was wonderful. The host is friendly, kind and helpful. The to-go breakfast in the room was a lovely surprise and appreciated. It’s a great location to get to all the major tourist spots nearby while still experiencing the peace and quiet of rural Scotland.

    Quaint property in the countryside with beautiful gardens and only a short drive to Fort William. Spacious, quiet room with an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy when we stayed but I am sure the views would be spectacular on a clear day.
