great value for money! only in a few minutes from the center you’ll find this modern and stylish room with everything you need from toiletries to Dyson hairdryer😁 we were also surprised to find there a smart toilet) Not sure that was the first need but still that’s fun) thanks for hospitality and some useful tips about the city! As for the parking, you’ll easily find free parking nearby.

Excellent location, about a ten minute walk to the town and close to the sea front with a few small beaches near by. The check in was simple with a code sent to us. The staff were very pleasant and around each morning, they cleaned our room and refreshed it with supplies when we needed. The room was lovely, a decent bed, fridge, good shower and a huge bath. They also had usb and usb c ports next to the bed which was very handy. The outdoor area was kept very well and pleasant to sit in.

There are so many great things I can say about this superb accommodation. I traveled to Alghero along with my two sisters and we were immediately greeted with the best hospitality. Mrs Giovanna, the hostess, was very very kind to us and did her best to make sure we were comfortable. She helped us figure out what bus we needed to take, let us borrow some umbrellas and mats for the beach, and even helped us call a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. The room was stocked with water, croissants, coffee and a coffee machine. We also had access to the fridge so we were able to put our drinks in there to get cold. The fridge had already been stocked with water for us too. She really treated us as if we were her own. Mrs Giovanna was very easy to reach via WhatsApp and happily did whatever she could to answer our questions. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate with her well and she was eager to get to know my sisters and I. I would 1000% recommend this accommodation for your next stay in Alghero. The location was very convenient (6 minutes walk from the bus stop and a grocery store) and the facilities were new. We can’t wait to come back <3

Mary welcomed us in such a sweet and kind way it was a short but fantastic stay. The room was super clean and all anew. She also made us check in very early to accommodate our needs. Everything was so great I wish we could stay longer! Best stay in Alghero!

We ABSOLUTELY loved the place! It was one of the highlights of our stay in Alghero. The check in process was very easy and hustle free thanks to the online door opening app, the apartment was new, clean and beautiful. Communication with the host was very fast and pleasant via whatsapp, they ensured everything is OK every day. When we arrived, we were surprised by chilled mineral water ready at the room, fragrant coffee available at the entrence to the room and beautiful smell everywhere. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The cosmetics were nice, air-conditioning on... The location is perfect! You could get local nibbles for breakfast in the store right accross the street and enjoy breakfast in bed, or have a croissant and cappucino right at the lovely lido beach ( you can literally walk to the beach barefoot 😍). Lovely 10minutes walk to historical center to boost your appetite and enjoy sunset view dinner in the evening.... if you want to switch beaches in between days, you are also 15min walk to Maria Pia beach we liked.... we used a great scooter/car rental service "Sardinya" with a rainbow logo (located in between the flat and the beach) - very nice people! Or you can stop by the port and rent a boat. There were other guests next doors and we could hear them when we were coming/leaving the place, but once inside the room, we heard nothing. Super quiet and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies 🙂 we overall recommend to stay at this place... everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to get back!

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The owner was incredibly kind and honest, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is located on a quiet and peaceful street, just a short walk from the historic old town, which was perfect for sightseeing. There are also plenty of free parking spots available on the nearby streets, and it’s easy to find a great breakfast in the area. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

    Really peaceful location (quiet at night), but just in walking distance to the old town and waterfront. Very cute room, thoughtful touches, great air conditioning, felt very charming and homely. Kitchen had everything you need, great breakfast spread with fresh fruit salad, yogurt, pastries and coffee. Raffaele was so friendly and helpful with really good English. Highly recommend!

    Nicola was a great host, he was around at least once a day and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was awesome, very private including the bathroom which was very clean and up to date. it even had a separate entrance to the terrace. Great location, 5 minutes max walk to the coast where all the restaurants are located and an amazing Cafe 50 meters from the door. I couldn't have asked for more. Grazie Nicola

    Great apartament, great location and great host. The apartament was close to the city center, the beach, supermarket and the bus station. It was very clean, with a new furniture, clean towels, bed sheets, kitchen and a small balcony, like in the pictures. Giuseppe is a great host, kindly and asertive person, who give me all the information about the best places, restaurants and everything I need. He offers me coffee, tea, water and the best cookies from Sardinia. I recommend it. Grazie Giuseppe per tutti. 🤗

    Very close to the city center, supermarket & to the beach (but the beach... well, find another one). Apartment is clean & cosy and in a quiet area. There is a frige and A/C (but only in living room & main bedroom). Great host! She explained us everything - in English! - which was a rarity during our holidays ;)
