Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking. Reading the reviews just before the trip, I was prepared for the potential cramped space, because given that me my husband and our little daughter were staying in the room. The object is located in an old, small street and does not have full access by car, so perhaps, considering the stairs, it could be a small problem for someone less mobile, or at least information for which you should prepare in advance when you arrive. But all that is also actually - the charm of this place. The accommodation was perfect for us and we had a wonderful experience and stay that made our little time at Lake Como more beautiful. Claudila and her husband are wonderful people who go out of their way to meet you in every way, and you feel like you've just visited dear friends or relatives! From us, all the recommendations for this place, one of the most wonderful experiences in a series of our travels!

Breath taking location. Room and bathroom well appointed. Good breakfast. Motorcycle friendly with shed to fit 4 bikes at least. Good location away from the agglomeration around lake shores, at the junction of the mountain passes.

    Place is in good location. Next to apartment is Como lake and you can go to swim. City center and ferry port is about 10 minutes walk by lake. Apartment is cosy, have fridge. They have private parking. Owners gave all necessary information about ferry schedule, restaurants. Breakfast typical italian.

    We spent 5 nights at this wonderful location. We had room Nelly and loved it. Enough couches and chairs to sit, very big room with an entree hall and large bathroom. Isabella ran the breakfast buffet in the morning! Wonderful. Much choice from fresh fruits and nuts, home made cakes and jams ect. She was also very helpful on tips where to go, how to go, where to park etc. The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. From there you can cover most of the lake within an hour, traffic permitting.
