Breakfasr is perfect, with hot and cold foods (fry eggs, mushroom, bacon, salami, cheese etc) fresh juices, coffee and bakery. You can also use the equipped kitchen, with microwave, owen, so you can make your dinner etc.. There is 200m away from the house a supermarket. Giuseppe and his son are very friendly, help with everything. They have lots of bikes, you can rent them. Rooms are clean with modern furnitures. In the lobby there is a pool table. Highly recommend this accomodotion at lake Como!

The communication with the host was excellent. They were waiting for us. The apartment is brand new and very clean. Everything was nice. They even had a lot of food for our breakfast. Recomended for a family.

Excellent communication and kind welcome from the owner. The hotel is so beautiful with loads of character and rooms are finished to a very high standard and are stunning. Really comfortable beds and superb breakfast! We had dinner in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The hosts are incredibly kind and supportive. They helped us find the nearest grocery store and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The location is perfect—near Lake Como, yet tucked away in the mountains with a charming, rustic village vibe complete with chickens and roosters. The room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. There’s a relaxing chill zone with a pool and a wonderful outdoor dining area with stunning mountain views. 10/10.     The owner and hostess was so friendly and helpful and always made sure we had the best stay. A bit of a hike up hill from the train station, but transport (of luggage) was offered for free. Nice and quiet rooms and excellent breakfast served outside with lake view.

    Me and my wife had an amazing time at this B&B! Massimo is a great host, very attentive and hospitable. Food at B&B was great, both breakfast and dinner :) Room was very clean and had everything you needed. Charming village, amazing views and close connection to nearby cities/villages.     Magnificent accomodation located on a hill above Mandello. The charming house is a bed and breakfast with apartments in the back and osteria in the front. Everything was clean and tidy. We had an enjoyable stay, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The food and especially their local produce is top notch. I would definitely recommend spending some time in this beautiful area.
