    Great location in on of the most beautiful and quite streets of San Vito lo Capo. On foot it takes 10 min to the beach and 5 min to the city center. The place itself was sparkling clean with great aircon, fast WiFi, parasols to use at the beach, amenities to wash & dry your beach clothes and everything you could ask for. Breakfast was plenty with great coffee, cake, croissants etc. but everything rather sweet (typically Sicilian).

    The property was fantastic, quiet and clean. Caterina is a great host and really put in so much effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay, would come here again! The breakfast was worth it, a variety of options from savoury to sweet. Freshly made coffees included.

    We had the most amazing welcome. Great with private and free parking inside gates. Nice and very clean room. We were welcomed with some delicious sweets and in the morning the most generous and delicious breakfast specified after our preferences, including fresh bakery goods and local products such as their own family produced olive oil. Great location, a couple of minutes walk down the main street and the beach. Supermarket nearby. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Our highest recommendations.
