I just wanted to take a moment to compliment Bel Tramonto guesthouse in Bloemfontein. I had a wonderful stay there recently, and I found the guesthouse to be beautiful and the owner to be extremely accommodating. The guesthouse is located outside of the city in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. It was also very family-friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with our young children. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay at Bel Tramonto guesthouse, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly place to stay in Bloemfontein.

I do not know where to begin... I booked a room for me and the boys to take a break after a six hour drive from East London. It was a last-minute booking, and the hostess was so accommodating and lovely. I stopped by at the petrol station to buy snacks before heading to InBloem, and that's when all hell broke loose for me. I discovered that my wallet had been lost/stolen at our last stop in Aliwal North. In panick, my first thought was to go back! I then called the hostess to let her know what had happened and to cancel my booking. She was concerned about our safety, and she calmed me down and came up with various solutions. She even went as far as calling the ALiwal North local police to send someone to the garage and to speak to the staff there. She was amazing at perspective, and I will never forget how she made me feel supported in that moment when I needed it. I feel like I owe her, although my wallet wasn't found in the end, but her efforts were unmatched. Thank you so much. The stay itself was amazing. The beds were so comfy, the room is so spacious, and they have good facilities. Secure and lots of parking space. Awesome stay, and I'm definitely coming back. This is an easy 5 🌟 I have ever given.

Our stay at Bella Blue Guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care from Rynette, the host. The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with stylish and modern décor that made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, like the fresh linens and thoughtful amenities, truly made a difference. The location is another major plus – situated in a quiet and safe area, yet close enough to easily reach the main attractions of Bloemfontein. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and appreciated the personalised touches that made it a memorable experience.     The location was excellent - safe, generally quiet, very good access to main routes, while being off on a smaller side road so that you aren't on the busy road. Friendly hosts. Very relaxed. Pretty, quaint, comfortable verandah for meals with little garden. Pet friendly. Lots of off-street parking. The staff did our washing (for a small fee). The hostess found out extra information for me on local points of interest.

    Warm Karoo is on the outskirts of Bloemfontein in a very quiet area with farmland and stables near it. We liked the fact that we were able to park our car very close to our cottage which when fully packed is always a security concern. The breakfast was really superb and beautifully presented. We arrived very late due to circumstances beyond our control and the host was very gracious.
