I stayed at Manse on the Beach because of its location and great write ups. Seeing the sunrise from my room was beautiful. It was my base for 4 days from which to explore. Brian and his team were wonderful, good information on where to go and what to see. Love my local purchase from Nora's Jewellery, she has gorgeous pieces displayed and helped me decide which piece to bring back home to Australia. Cloughey is a real little gem on the coast, I even enjoyed morning tea in a local couple's home, I met then at the community garden. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Situated in Downpatrick and only 28 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, The Mulberrys B&B features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. we really liked the peaceful and pretty location, very classy and comfortable interior with up to date bathroom including heated towel racks! Not only is Isabel a gracious and helpful hostess but also fantastic cook and baker..loved her shortbread cookies and seed bread.

Conlyn house is a beachfront property located in Newcastle, 70 metres from Newcastle Beach and 21 km from Down Cathedral. Our stay here was fantastic. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous view right from the bed of both the mountains and ocean. Check-in and out were both smooth and the location of the BNB is excellent!

We couldn't have asked for more than what Louise offered in her guest house! We had dietary requirements, and Louise went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Thank you, Louise! Set just 44 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, Creeghduff Lodge provides accommodation in Downpatrick with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as bicycle parking. Such helpful and accommodating hosts! A beautifully spacious room with incredible views of the pastures and mountains beyond. Homemade biscuits were waiting for us along with the options to make tea, coffee, or hot chocolate! Delicious breakfast made to order. Sarah and John also went above and beyond to help my sister when she was injured. If ever in this part of the world again, I’ll certainly be staying here!
