Amazing hosts that are super tentative, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good, great location (close to the old city, but in a quiet neighborhood), great view, low cost. We loved everything about this place 😊🫶🏼

The hosts were very accommodating. The bus from Zadar to Novalja was cancelled. She called the bus station in Zadar then explained the situation to me. My wife and I took and Uber to Pag since the busses were cancelled but passenger vehicles could drive. The host picked us up from the city Pag and drove to Novalja(30 minutes drive) to where the accommodation is. Very accommodating in general during our stay as well.

Merevaatega Villa Rooms Mediteran pakub majutust koos aia, baari ja ühise puhkeruumiga. Potočnica rand on umbes 2,8 km kaugusel. It is beautifully located right above a small cove, with the possibility to rent SUP boards and enjoy the sea in total relax. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the dinner we had was excellent. Breakfast was simple, with not an extensive variety, but everything was fresh and good. Keep in mind that the property is about 15 minutes from Novalja and there are no shops or restaurants right nearby, which makes it very peaceful but also a bit isolated. Overall, a great place for a relaxing stay.

She was very helpful with all our questions (even before our stay). She even offered going to the closest pharmacy for us when we needed some meds. The condition of the rooms is perfect. We were impressed with how clean they were upon our arrival, and there's a common section in which pretty much anything you need is available. The grill section is also really good. As of the location, it's perfect for a relaxed vacation in a very calm part of the island. The best restaurants are just a couple blocks away, and you can find insane beaches if you take a little walk.
