I truly felt at home away from home. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner in organizing various aspects of my travel. Their willingness went above and beyond expectations as the owner took care of every detail and ensured my travel was comfortable. They expertly handled transportation and provided the best options for exploring the surroundings. They also provided valuable tips and recommendations regarding local attractions and activities, which enhanced my overall experience. The ability to handle permits and other travel formalities was invaluable. It allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay without unnecessary worries or problems. The owner went the extra mile to promptly fulfill all my needs with a smile. Their dedication to providing top-notch service left a lasting impression on me. My expectations were exceeded by 150%. I have travelled all over the world, visited many many cities and stayed in all kinds of hotels. Generally I don't write reviews for hotels as I find them mostly fine, though nothing extraordinary to write about. However, I feel compelled to write a review for Rock Castle Residency of Leh due to the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. The room we got was fine - spacious, clean, and with a large comfortable bed. The balcony of the room had a superb view of the neighbouring hill and of the mountains further away. The guest house had a cute dining hall where the chef's dishes are very much like home cooked food - simple, fresh, tasty. But what delighted us most about the place were the gracious, warmhearted and helpful hosts. Family run and managed by individuals including Rigzin, Nordom and Prince, we felt absolutely at home during our stay. In fact, we had issues with acclimatizing for 3 days, and I had to take oxygen support during the nights. Rigzin and team helped us with everything, and without any hesitation accomodated our requests for extending our stay in Leh and then also cancelling the remaining stay without penalties when we decided to bail out and return to Delhi. They fed us delicious meals made from vegetables grown in their own garden, and even brought tea and meals to our room (against their house policy) when I was not feeling well. We weren't able to explore Ladakh fully this time, but if I ever come back to Leh I would most definitely stay at Rock Castle Residency only.

Very accommodating and excellent hosts. Not many guests, as most people stay at their larger location across the street. I originally booked 3 nights online, but stayed again after I returned from a trek and they changed me the same excellent rate I got online.

Bahçeli bir tesis olan Mentokling Guest House and Garden Restaurant, Leh'te Soma Gompa'ya 300 metre, Namgyal Tsemo Gompa'ya 1,8 km ve Savaş Müzesi'ne 6,1 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. They try their best to help me. The room is clean, the garden is comfortable, and the location is convenient. Thanks a lot:))

Bahçeli bir tesis olan Raku Guest house, Leh'te Soma Gompa'ya yaklaşık 1 km, Namgyal Tsemo Gompa'ya 2,7 km ve Savaş Müzesi'ne 5,2 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. At Raku Guest House you are the guest of a very friendly family. Room is clean and comfortable as has a very nice view on the mountains. The owner of the hotel can help you with various things like taxi, bike rental, permit etc. Food is freshly prepared by the owners mother and is delicious. If I go back to Leh I would definitely stay at this place again.

My room was very clean with clean white sheets and quilts. Host was really helpful, she helped us with permits and cabs. overall the guest house has a very homely and cozy vibes.

During my stay at Naazh Guest House in Leh, I was thoroughly impressed with both the excellent location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is very close to the Leh Main market, just a 5 minutes walk. And, the staff helped us with booking both my room and taxi to various other destinations across Ladakh like Nubra, Pangong etc. Their knowledge and helpfulness in arranging taxis to explore the region made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend Naazh guest House for its convenient location and the outstanding hospitality provided by its staff.

It's a family run property and since we arrived they all made us feel at home. They are all so kind and amazing! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. They also have great views! The food is delicious, fresh and homemade with their own grown ingredients. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one!

Set in Deskit in the Jammu & Kashmir region, Nubra Holiday features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The property offers mountain views. The host family is amazing. They’re all so nice and interested. We had a lovely dinner with them - beat momo I’ve ever had. And wonderful room with a nice western toilet and great bed (and the view is just breathtaking)
