Everything was perfect, the owner is a very nice and decent lady, easy to communicate with, the room service lady as well was very nice and cheerful, the location is perfect “4 mins away from La Spezia Central Station”. The room fits everything, the A.C and the T.V were brand new and Smart.

The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Very nice apartment! Newly renovated and very fresh, clean. Esmeralda, the host, is nice and super friendly!!! The location was also very good, lower than 10 min walk to La Spezia train station. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre. A grocery store was very nearby. Everything was excellent!
