We arrived at the Panoramic View Hotel after a short one-minute walk down from the main road. Just a small note: the path is a little steep, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying a heavy backpack or rolling luggage. We were really lucky that the owner gave us one of his best rooms on the top floor — with a breathtaking 270° view. The room itself is spacious, simply furnished, and has a balcony. Honestly, the view says it all: on clear days you can see the Annapurna (from the terrace), and when it’s cloudy, you still get a sweeping look over the city, valley, lake, and even people paragliding. Absolutely stunning! Breakfast was simple but delicious, with portions that were more than generous. One evening, they even asked if we’d like dinner and served a home-cooked dal bhat that was really good. You can choose to eat in the dining area downstairs or upstairs, where the views keep you company. Note: Meals come with reasonable charge. ⭐ 200% for the view and hospitality!

The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

Bobby is an excellent, caring and friendly host,he picked me up from the bus stop, waiting patiently as traffic held us up. A ride on the back of his motorbike to the hotel was great fun! Room spacious, double and single beds, wardrobe, chair and table, several power points, clothes stand. Directly outside the room is a wash basin, shower room and toilet next door, plus kitchen with kettle. Each guest is on a seperate floor, so very private. Sat up on the roof terrace in the sun one morning too. Central position, 2 minutes from Durbar Square, plenty of local shops including a supermarket next door to the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Food was good with friendly prices. They have really good guides who can take you on some really amazing walks in the jungle. I recommend minimum going for a 2 day junglewalk. Was really amazing with so many animals everywhere, including the tiger!

Hotel je na perfektním místě, není v centru, ale na hlavní ulici a promenádu u jezera je do 2 minut. Velmi ochotné dámy na recepci, komunikativní, vybaveni angličtinou, hotel umí vyprat, má svůj filtr na vodu, lze zde nechat zdarma batohy v případě treku, zavolají taxi, zajistí lístky vykomunikují permity. Všude je čisto. Žádný hmyz.

Gurung's Home nabízí zahradu, terasu a pokojovou službu. Svájambhú je 2,1 km odtud. V ubytování je dostupné Wi-Fi zdarma ve všech prostorách a na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Santosh and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all the advice I received in terms of trekking. I was even able to store my bags here while I was in the mountains. The welcome masala tea was delicious. The shower was hot and I never had to wait to use the toilet. I would recommend staying here before or after your trek.

Na místě je dostupné Wi-Fi zdarma. lovely stay with a family homestay They welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home at all times. My room had everything I needed, including a well working hot shower — a real treat after a day out in the park. The inn itself is perfectly located in my opinion: You’re away from the busy main road, but both the village centre and the bus station are easy to reach by foot within a few minutes walk. When I wanted to go to the neighboring village for a little trip, they also kindly let me borrow a bicycle. I went on two walking Safaris led by Isswor who has decades of experience in the area. We were accompanied by Ram as a second guide and both of them always managed to find great spots to have some close but respectful & safe animal encounters.

STUPA VIEW INN se nachází v destinaci Kathmandu a nabízí zahradu, terasu a výhled na město. Svájambhú se nachází 500 metrů daleko. The location was great! 10 minute walk to Swayambhunath. It was quiet at night. The host was a wonderful gentleman. I had spent 3 months in Nepal and my last two nights were at this spot. If I’m lucky enough to be able to visit Kathmandu again I’ll certainly stay here.
