The response rate during business hours is super fast, so that we never had to wait long for an answer. The owners are so nice - drinks out on the terrace upon their recommendation (you HAVE to try their frozen margaritas :) ), recommendations on what to do there besides Kruger, etc. Also: the food is nothing you get at regular b&bs, it felt like a Michelin cuisine each night. So make sure to book breakfast and dinner at least!
