Stunning location and amazing value! The views from the room and back seating area were breathtaking, made our trip. Also the price is fantastic for what you get, especially since there's space in the room for 4 and it's a short walk into the centre.

terrific vieuw! only this is already enough to stay here. but moreover all the facilities at Pension Hallberg were just great! this place is a very recommened! We came to Hallstatt by train and took a ferry to get the center. The Pension is located just 5 min walking from the ferry stop. All kind of restaurants are around and a supermarket with a but stop are just 10 min walking. Additional thanks to the hostess Tamara, she gave a lot of the good tips and is just very friendly :)

The resort is beautifully situated in the mountains. It's close to the center, easily accessible on foot. There's a forest path right next to the resort for dog walking. The beds are very comfortable, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and very varied. We were delighted.

    Great location on edge of village near bus station and swimming bleach - so a little quieter and away from the crazy business of the main part of Hallstatt. Very clean, comfy and spacious rooms. Had our own balcony, kettle and fridge which was so convenient. Staff were friendly and beds comfy.

    We had lunch here & we think this is a lovely spot for the hotel & the Seecafe. It’s got the perfect view of the lake & the village. We stayed in Top 4 room for our second night & the view is just gorgeous. Plus having the balcony is the icing on the cake.
