Perfect room, super clean, the host is very kind and was waiting for us when we were arriving, which was so kind. She explained all the facilities to us and then we could enjoy the nice ambience and we were totally relaxed. Everything was thought out perfectly: a small kitchen with everything you need to make a good meal, a table to eat, nice relaxing couch and bed. The jacuzzi is so beautiful and was very clean, which we appreciate a lot. We will definitely come back to this place!

The property is exactly like the photos and every little detail makes you feel at home from the welcome message on the bedroom wall to the tea corner in three hallway. It’s clean and only a 10-minute walk to the center or a 20-minute walk to the train station. Charlotte was very receptive each time I contacted her. She speaks perfect English if you don’t speak french. During August it can be really hot and unfortunately Belgium doesn’t have a lot of air conditioning. In order to keep the room cool it’s best to open the window and use the fan. This is not a negative quality, just a fact.

Property amenities is superb. Property location is excellent. It is just next to the metro station Roodebeek. The locality is very residential and very relaxing. Direct bus connection is there to the airport from Roodebeek bus station. Supermarket Carrefour is just next door.

Wonderful apartment, perfectly furbished and equipped with all the necessary things you usually have at your own home. The location is close to the metro station and the bus/tram stops, so you can reach every destination in an easy way. Bozena is a very friendly and accommodating host. Excellent location in a residential neighbourhood, yet within a walking distance to restaurants and shops. The flat is spacious and stylish, with an interesting layout, reliable heating, and a bathroom with a bathtub which I enjoyed. There is a beautiful view on the back gardens. The host was very friendly, she waited for me to arrive when my plane was late in the evening, and she even very generously shared some food. Thank you! I would return anytime. I highly recommend.

    Firstly, the staff were very helpful and friendly. A bonus is the coffee machine in the lounge, where you can help yourself to free drinks. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, but has plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner and also a Metro Station with links into Brussels centre. The area felt relaxed and villagy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Location is perfect, just above the metro and tram stop and 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place, Delirium Village and other famous sites. Reception is open 24h/d. The apartment was made of a bedroom, a restroom and a bathroom: a small cooking spot was in a corner of the bedroom. In the building there were also a shared living room, a laundry and other services. Considering all, I would suggest it to other couples or single people.

    Property is spacious and lovingly decorated. It was exceptionally clean and excellent value for money. The host has taken into account what visitors need. The host, is very lovely and was very helpful in explaining the surroundings and the city. I slept great and it was a shame we only booked for one night because it would have been nice to hang around in the property and go into the village. I would definitely recommend it and will go there again next time I visit Brussels.
