We were met by the host Mario. He was very hospitable. He had gone into details to ensure our stay was Brilliant. The apartment is extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The additional bunk bed could accommodate 2 smaller kids. The location I would rate as the best in Interlaken. The apartment was extremely self-catering for a family to stay a holiday in.

Isabella is a perfect host and very kind. The location is very close to Iseltwald, yet you are in a beautiful village with a fantastic pastoral view. The flat is immaculate and tidy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location, just 2 mins from Wilderswil train station so getting anywhere was not a problem. The apartment had everything we needed, from coffee machine to dishwasher. We also had a basement parking which was convenient. Grocery store is 2 mins walk from the apartment. The host, Mario was also great and despite us reaching late at night he was there to welcome us and hand over the keys and also give detailed instructions. The apartment was neat and clean with fresh towels and sheets. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Interlaken area as it is not very far away and easily reachable by train.

The receptionists were there all the time. They are all very helpful and nice especially Saif, he was extremely helpful with explaining the facilities of the property, the nearby places and their working hours and helpful with car and taxi reservation. They are extremely welcoming. The house keeping was excellent. The property was of excellent size, spaces enough for a family of 4. The hotel is just across the road from the train station (Interlaken ost, a minute walk) and a big supermarket (coop that opens till 7 pm, a minute walk). It is an excellent place for a family to spend their holidays

The location is very good in between east and west stations and it is literally a 50 metre walk from a bus stop. The room was very comfortable, a good size and had incredible views of the mountains behind Interlaken - breathtaking. But the main plus was the staff, Armin is a super nice guy and extremely helpful. It is a family run business and has a nice homely feel. Also you can get breakfast here for a nominal amount.
