beautiful view of the mountain meadows with sheeps from all the windows. We had the entire second floor and bathroom to ourselves as we booked both rooms. Very clean and accomodating host. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable lounge/dining area that guests can use. Convenient location, close to the train station, ample parking nearby. Coop nearby is well stocked.

The place is lovely -200 hundred years old house, nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. we parked in front of it. Our host was a lovely stand woman. There is a bakery nearby. Saint Gallen and Appenzell are very close, which make the location very convenient if you are on a roar trip as we were.

We stayed in a small cabin for one night. Our welcome could not have been more friendly and everything was very clean and comfortable. This is a family run camping site and the setting is idyllic. The reception area included everything we needed and the fresh ground coffee was excellent. The showers were clean and worked very well for a small fee. There was a BBQ electric grill, microwave, kettle and hot plate. Lots of information about the area. Close by a bakery and a butcher as well as gas station and small supermarket if you forgot anything.
