The owners, who also personally manage the Chalet, are the most warm and helpful hosts. They were on top of communication, very relaxed as they accommodate everyones needs and manage this place where spaces are to be shared. It was very well kept with shoes left outside, dishes clean and the kitchen space well organised and clean. The shared bath space was clean, well kept and adequate for everyone. The location of the Chalet is perfect, on the Main Street across from the bus station and not far from the main train station.

This was my second stay at the Bristol, and my first in summer. The room had good views and was spacious and clean. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. I would stay here again given the price which is competitive for the area.

Location was great, parking right onsite, beds were super comfortable and apartment was well equipped for a short stay. Access to a pool but sauna was not functioning at the time of our stay. A small but nice balcony. Hosts were attentive and responsive to our questions. We had a great time and were very comfortable.

The room I was staying has a stunning mountain view, and the breakfast they prepared for me was sumptuous, overall a great home feeling in a beautiful place! Moreover, the host was helpful in every way to make sure my stay went fine, they even offered to drive me to the railway station where I plan to go on for a boat journey but was hesitating because it's a bit far away. Appreciate the hospitality and kind assistance here.

    The property was fabulously located, both in Villars and with the magnificent view. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It is a lovely apartment. The booking was easy, friendly and efficient. We were well looked after with very willing and friendly service, despite arriving in the evening and having to leave very early in the morning.     Location was good. A short walk up the hill to the village and the bus stop. Apartment was clean and nice touches such as slippers for each guest. The bathroom was lovely.
