The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

The location is perfect - very close to the city center, terminal and you can also find some nice places to eat nearby (Spunt a Knoflik, Lekarna, Bagel lounge,...). Easy check-in, all the instructions were clear. My room was lovely. I liked it a lot. Everything was clean and beautifully furnished. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen. On top of that, there were a croissant and two oatmeals prepared for me :)

Everything! Most importantly the bed was huge and comfortable, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, bathroom was large, clean, spotless. The flat was modern but friendly, who designed had a great imagination about functionality, seems pretty new absolutely no questionable issue. The location was perfect having a supermarket in 50 meter, bus stop with frequent services, 300 meter from city centre.
