Bouda Krakonos was very cozy after the reconstruction, we liked that everything was wooden - that gives it a nice close-to-nature style. The staff were just AMAZING. Immediately after we arrived, we were given the key to our room and instructions and everyone was so nice and welcoming - we felt like visiting a family. There were two waiters, both looking after us nicely, the lady-cook who was coming out of the kitchen often (when free of course) chatting with guests and the rest of the staff was also amazing. We had a lot of laugh with everyone. You could tell the entire staff are like family, the atmosphere was just exceptionally warm and friendly (yet respectful). The food was simply delicious. We had the soup “kyselo” and the “potato pancakes” and both were like heaven in mouth. We also had a dog with us and everyone loved her, too.

Atmosphere of the place was special; beautiful landscape, cozy restaurant with very good unlimited food, very tasty wine, possibility to prepare lunch "box" for your excursions.     Studio with a small kitchen, including kitchen basics like plates and mugs etc and balcony, and a separate sleeping room, very very nice. The village supermarket is in the same building, so it is easy to get some stuff if required. Also parking was included. Hotel Restaurant is very nice as well, the breakfast is very good, unless you are vegan. But you can book without breakfast if you have the apartment and have your own vegan breakfast.

    Excellent location, superb quality and layout of apartment. Very spacious and well fitted out. Parking was underground from the apartment, a bit tight but ok. Check in and key pick up was up the street, could've been closer. (on line check in is available, and key pick up was smooth) Lovely little town / village, nice local amenities, beautiful scenery. I would return and recommend.
