The location is fantastic - walking distance from the most sightseeing. The view is also great ! The apartment is fine for 2 people. There is everything you need. I didn't miss the dishwasher, because there are so many great restaurants in the area. The location is also easy to get to via public transport from the airport. The mattress was the most comfortable one I have ever tried on a trip. It is orthopedic and very, very comfortable. There are also lockers if you need to leave your baggage for a while. The communication with the host was regular and very well organized. All instructions were provided in advance, so you could ask in advance if you need something. There was provided an electric key as well as a manual one if your phone died :) (for example).

    Easy to collect the keys. The hosts then leave you to it unless you need them. No fuss and a very easy transaction. The villa including outside areas is huge! The pictures actually dont do it justice. Awesome for a big group of friends. Loads of big communal spaces inside and out. Also close to the bars, restaurants, clubs.

    Our stay at Son Espanyolet was one of the best experiences ever. We were getting married in Son Berga and based ourselves at the stunning villa. The location was amazing, the villa itself is absolutely spotless. The photos don’t actually do the place justice as it’s even more amazing in person. Villa is well equipped and we were given juice/milk/beers on arrival. Julio is one of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered and really hope to stay here again in the future.

    Tere was adorable and very accommodating. We were received with homemade treats, typical of Mallorca. I was a wonderful welcome! She was also available for questions and requests during the entire trip. The house itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities. We had a wonderful stay among friends and took full advantage of the pool and the terrace. I will certainly book the villa again next time I visit Mallorca!
