Absolutely loved my stay! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The flat? Immaculate and got cleaned weekly. Plus, they surprised me with a free upgrade to a Deluxe Studio! Gym access? Yup, included in the price. The flat was not just clean but also cozy and modern. Now, here's the scoop: co-working space? It costs, but my go-to is the free rooftop – even better in my opinion (: In a nutshell, got way more than expected for what I paid. Thanks to everyone involved making it so perfect (:

Tram stop right in front of the block (direct connection to the city center and places of interest), shopping area across the street, very quiet neighborhood, view of the woods. The apartment (actually one room) very clean, cozy, welcoming, tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchenette, everything functional, but also a lot of free space left. Coffee from the hosts. Upon request, we received an invoice for our stay.

The apartment is new - small but still comfortable - and only a 5-minute walk from the railway station/city centre, with at least 2 shopping malls in the neighborhood in case you need to do the groceries. The host was kind enough to let me check in earlier. Everything you would need for a short-term stay.

    Location was terrific. Just out of the busy town itself but in its own village. Room was very spacious and clean. Had washing machine and coffee plunger. I didn’t realize we had to BYO coffee or clothes detergent but staff led me next door to a small supermarket. Restaurant next door to Unity, The Mad Finn was brilliant as recommended by Unity staff and the breakfast was good also.

    Absolutely amazing concept! Staying in Unity felt like you were in your own world. The premises feel like a small village with everything you can need right next door. The local store had super selection of local products. I worked in the lounge area and the views were amazing! I also really enjoyed the community feeling they had. Both the employees of Unity and residents working in the lounge were super friendly and easily approachable, even outside of business related subjects. I will definitely stay here the next time i am in Tampere!
