Very cozy and classy apartment. Well heated. Well equiped. All facilities were present and well functioning. Internet was good and easy to access. The owner were very responsive to all my inquiries. The studio was private, no outdoor noise, well oriented. Location was ideal for me (next to Faculty of Medecine).

We we were 2 people the facilities were good and it’s really clean good lighting good for couples but the bed it’s comfortable but u can’t lay down and watch tv it’s little uncomfortable but other than that it’s really good if i come again i would book it again and the host she was very nice she explained everything perfectly and the view also good we stay only one night but it was perfect

What a pleasant surprise as soon as you walk in the door! William is a kind and helpful host. The first floor unit (up one set of stairs), in his home, is well designed with a private WC and shower. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast was awesome - it's all in the unit for you to help yourself when you want. Fresh fruit juice, homemade jams, honey and yogurt. The bread toasted, delicious. The place is very clean and was quiet for our stay. Room for bicycles in their family space. Walking distance to main centre for restaurants.

We were very late arriving at the property having had flight delays and getting lost but there was Jerome on the street guiding us in, he then provided us with a delicious supper and was very welcoming. The property itself is a beautiful old building, gracious and charming, our room spacious and and comfortable.

The accommodation was great, some fab artwork and plenty of space, a hidden gem behind the front door. Marie-ange was an amazing host going above and beyond. In my terrible french and her much better English, when my google maps wouldn't work and I couldn't find her, simply due to someone giving me the wrong directions, she came and picked me up!! I will be booking to stay with her again in a few weeks and have recommended her to other friends.

    Good size rooms, no air com but fab supplied. Great location! Is effectively located on the river. We used it during Rugby World Cup 23, easy to walk to stadium and rugby village. Equally as easy to walk into the Old Town and Carmes.

    All the things you should find in a rented short term apartment but that you never sure you will find (coffee, tea, sugar, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, oil , vinegar, ...). Small balcony. Air con & Fan. Quiet surroundings. Clean and decorated with taste. Home feeling. 5 minutes walk to metro to city centre (then 10-15 minutes) to capitole. Car park available. Keys handle directly. Nery nice host. We will come back for sure as we travel often to Toulouse
