The property was 5 mins out of Motovun so we got to enjoy the stunning countryside in a quiet location but still come into the village to walk around and have dinner. There was parking at the property which is not available close to accommodation in Motovun so this saved transporting heavy bags.

Place is a value for money! It is perfectly located near the church. The host is very kind and she did an extra effort and took us to Antico with her car from the public parking (which was great because there was a heavy rain and we were with the baby :)). We didn’t have breakfast so cannot say anything about that, but the host offered a coffee in the morning which was kind of her.

- The space is just the right size for a couple. Enough amenities, comfortable bed. - Balcony is really amazing! Breathtaking view! Perfect place to have your breakfast (a tip - buy some local cheese with truffles for you breakfast). We were lucky to see all the surroundings covered in fog one of the mornings, we felt like being on an island. - the lady who welcomed us was really nice and available for most of the time - you could use washing machine for some extra money - the location is great, you will get really authentic experience - free parking spot in the main parking for your car Overall, the place looks a bit better in real, compared to the pictures

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ksenija’s apartment in Motovun during our trip to Croatia and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ksenija who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She also provide us chocolate as a welcome gift. The communication was excellent and we appreciated her quick responses to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was stunning! It was cozy and spacious with an amazing views. Everything was beautifully maintained. Thus, making us feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for truffle hunting. It was convenient to have a 24 hours bread machine nearby. One of our favourite moments was enjoying the view on the balcony. Overall, our stay at Ksenija’s place was an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home in Croatia. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Ksenija for making our trip so special!

    Loved our stay here. Small farm and cute village just a short drive to Motovun and winery. Excellent views from the property. Spacious room with kitchenette. Excellent value with breakfast included. A little rustic but that added to the charm. Very quiet, which was a welcome change after travel for a while. Parking on site.

    Lorena is the most wonderful host going above and beyond to make sure her guests have the perfect stay. Villa Marija is a superb, comfortable, spotlessly clean guesthouse in the old town close to all the restaurants and shops. Lorena’s breakfast is amazing! Highly recommendable!!!

    They allowed our group of 6 to take all 3 rooms on the same floor instead of the other building, I think because we'd been there before and had fond memories of the deck right off that 2nd floor. Our host was wonderful! She made us feel totally at home. The breakfast she provided was excellent. If we get to go to Croatia again, we will definitely stay at the Villa Borgo and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Motovun! I hope we will have our same hostess--she was beloved by all of us!

    Excellent stay in Motovun. Highly recommend! The B&B provides transfer (for a reasonable parking fee) from the lower parking lot to the accommodation near the top of the village.
