Wildan, Irma and their Children are very dear hosts. During our stay we were treated with exceptional kindness and at once felt at home. Especially our daughter soon warmed up to the other kids and played with them. As English teacher, Wildan is open minded and interested in intercultural exchange during international student exchanges. But he and his family also like to get to know their guests: Soon we were deeply involved in topics about different worldviews, values ​​and what is most important in life. Another highlight of our stay was an accompanied trip to a nearby tee plantage and factory with the scooter and from there by foot to the Curug Batlem waterfall. I stayed at the wrong Hotel,i confused the similiar names,overlooked the Syariah(=Scharia,muslim law hotel,unmarried couples not accepted).Incredibly,the friendly manager of "Red Doors near Cipanas" did not charge me for two nights(he assumed that there was something wrong with the system)when we figured out my booking mistake on 23.
