The apartment was just georgeus. It was so elegant, perfectly clean, so beautiful. There is a shared room with cooking devices and refregerator too. Luca, the contact person, was very friendly and always replied in no time to anything I needed. He was super helpful. The accommodation is located like 4 minutes walking from the ferry and everything is just at hand within walking distance (supermarkets, local shops, restaurants...). If I come back to this beautiful island, I would love to be accommodated here again. My sincere recommendations of this place and many thanks to the providers once again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Dimora Ferralasco, and from the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The house is beautifully designed, full of charm and character, and every little detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The true highlight of our stay was our wonderful host, Daniela. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, she made us feel more like friends than guests. Her tips for local restaurants, hidden beaches, and places to explore made our trip even more special. The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the heart of Carloforte and the sea. We especially loved the lovely outdoor area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing after a day of adventures. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend Dimora Ferralasco to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience, combined with comfort and true Sardinian hospitality. Perfect location and very close walking distance to the beach. The place was comfortable and very clean. Alberto also made sure were all set when checking in, welcoming us hospitably and making sure everything was going well. We had a short one-night stay, but if I ever get a chance to come visit Carloforte again... this is definitely the place to be! :)

Exceptional agriturismo with friendly conversational owner who prepares a super breakfast with focaccia straight from the oven, homemade cakes, great café and savoury options if you can manage! 😋. Wonderful tranquil location 2 mins from Carloforte with beautiful dawn views from the terraces 👍. Great beaches a few mins by car or bike, easy access to Isla Diving and superb sites around San Pietro 👌. We had a fantastic week based here and will doubtless return in the future 😄!

We were met by Michaela, who had been super responsive on what’s app prior to our arrival. The room was lovely with lots of really nice touches including coffee and toiletries. I’d made an error when booking rooms and Michaela was able to resolve it straight away. The cooker is fed by gas bottle typical on the island and had run out, I notified them and it was replaced the next day. Not too much of an issue as there is an electric kettle in each room and a coffee machine in the shared kitchen. There is a small fridge in each room as well as a fridge in the communal kitchen. It’s in a great location with lots of places to eat close by. The en-suites are really well done, the shower is unexpectedly powerful and the hot water provides sufficient hot water. As we stayed at the end of March, it’s still a little chilly in the evenings and early morning but each room has its own AC which provided heat.

    Lovely spacious apartment within a Villa, fully equipped and comfortable. 2 double beds and 2 baths with kitchen and sitting area. Terrace outside and BBQ area. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent being 300m from La Caletta beach (path can be tricky). Alberto and Elsa provided us with ample info to ensure a fabulous stay.

    Lots of space both in and around the property. Excellent location, very close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very private. We stayed at a number of properties on our mini tour of Sardinia, Villa La Caletta had one of the most comfortable beds

    Spot on property. Best location, at the cutest street of the village, 1 minuto from all th restaurants and bars and 3 minutes from the parking lot. The room has a perfect size and is really well decorated. The bed is a must. We slept really well. Great bathroom size and excellent shower! Really nice staff and amenities. They were really nice offering us free beverages and fruits. I can’t recomment enought.

    Michele was an excellent host, welcomed us in person, gave a lot of recommendations about where to go in the short time we were there and where to eat. Even after we checked out he was available for questions so we felt very well taken care of. The room and bathroom were very clean, had a nice shower and fluffy towels. The villa is well situated, a bit outside the town centre where its easier to park and more quiet but everything is reachable within 5-10 mins on foot. Wish we could have stayed longer!
