We've been traveling to Italy for multiple years and Numa apartment was exceptional. First of all the value-to-price ratio was excellent. The overall feeling of the apartment is more like quite a high-level apartment for long-term rent and not a standard short-term flat. The second exceptional point is how clean it was. Well done numa! Especially if any of you have experience with Italian bookings. Location is good, the building is quite new.

The landlady was amazing. We had such a warm welcome. She was very helpful as well. The apartment was super clean,it had everything we needed. The piazza Santa Maria Maggiore is very nice,and it is only 5minutes from the train station Termini and 10 minutes from the centre of Rome. I am really glad we chose this accomodation.

Extremely polite and caring host Ana. She was in touch with us since one week in advance for the check-in formalities. Upon reaching at the property, she ensured to show us the property and offered that cold-drinks and water in the minibar is complimentary for us. Location is extremely central. Just 200 meters frok Pantheon. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay here again, whenever I go back to Rome.

I want to enjoy my stay at this hotel. Elisabetta was very kind and provided a great room with a beautiful view. My husband and I came to Rome to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this stay was amazing. In the hotel everything was thought out to the smallest detail, so that nothing was missing and the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked perfectly. The location is excellent, I definitely recommend it!

    The holiday home was really spacious and every detail was in place to make it feel like home. Even the kitchen had sugar and vessels stocked for quick meals. Renata was really flexible and accommodated a late check in (close to midnight). The property owner also let us leave our luggage in the apartment after checkout until our travel time which was very thoughtful! Airport shuttle was arranged by the owner (125eur round trip) which really helped save the hassle of late night flight

    We loved the location close to the Vatican and the nice surrounding area. The apartment was lovely and clean with large beautiful rooms. Gianna was so nice and welcoming. She gave us some ”inside Roman advice” such as where to get the best gelato in town. We will stay at Holiday Home Il Sogno a san Pietro next time we go to Rome. It was the best!

    Beautiful historic ceilings, antique furniture, well equipped kitchen and great location 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican and the nearby scenic river. Being allowed to leave our luggage before check in time even though, as the host reminded us, this was a holiday home not a 24 hour hotel. A bottle of wine and snacks were presented by Fabio, the nice man who checked us in. Communication with host was prompt.
