Fantastic hotel, centrally located, staff are phenomenal and super friendly and helpful! The apartment has absolutely everything one may need. Great home like place. I 100% recommend this hotel. The beach is across the road, less than a minute walk, plenty of restaurants downstairs. Really good choice. Thank you!

David and Federica are perfect hosts, nice, warm and makes you feels like home. The apartment is brand new, well equipped with everything you need. The parking is inside the property, safe very comfortable. The property is close to the city center and far enough if you’re looking for quite. The place is very convenient for mountain bikers, with a place to wash and work on the bike.

Place owners were really friendly and helpful. The room is small, in the base floor so it is easy to reach, no stars or lifts. Quite, silent and not hot. AC in the room. Location is perfect, near the main centre streets but in a peaceful neighbourhood. We got a good parking space for out motorcycle.

Communication was easy and Lucia was waiting for us in front of the house with the keys. Since we came by car, private parking in the garage in the same building was a huge bonus. The location is good, it was a bit of a walk to Piazza Colombo and a bit more to the sea. The apartment is spacious and had all the amenities. It wasn't a problem that Lucia didn't speak English well. We got everything figured out.

    Our room with seaview offered an immersive experience of the sea with the sound of waves and sea gulls. The room was clean and smelled wonderful, it comes equiped with a coffe machine, minibar, plates and cuttlery, cups and glasses so you can have a snack/meal on the terrace. The owners offer good communication and fast support for any problems you may have. Also Villa Rita offers free gated parking a few steps away from it.
