Wonderful zen feel the moment we stepped in. Personalised impeccable service. Rooms were really spacious, luxurious and come w private onsen, private jacuzzi. Besides the outstanding breakfast and dinner (we got room rates with half board), we were also continuously pampered with free drinks, fruits, snacks and food. Very nice boutique hotel , only has 6 room , modern design , though room a bit dark ..very comfortable , good f a relax vacation , close to the lake only 6 min walk , Staff r very very nice , helpful , n professional, deliver the warmest hospitality to guests , appreciated his effort 😃 food r excellent ,, they offer free ice cream after dinner , very tasty 😋

The environment is so peaceful, calm and relaxing. It’s very near to lake Shikotsu. Definitely a great choice to away from city hustle bustle. I feel so much refreshed and recharged after the stay. Staff are very friendly and warm, and surprisingly they can address my name when I first walk into the hotel. The room is with a Japanese tatami sitting area where is my favourite area. The bed is so comfortable and i had a good night sleep.
