Everything was great. Loved the suite set-up for a family of 4 (had an extra bed). Kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, bathroom was cool (however, would behard to understand how to set up the shower/bath if you don't speak Japanese). Very large private balcony.

We were travelling in a big family group and it was great to have a space for us all to share. It’s a comfortable walk from the station, and the house is clean, spacious and has everything you need! By far, this place was the newest and most spacious accommodation I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was immaculate, well-designed, and stocked with everything you’d need—plenty of amenity kits, bottled water, and even mentaiko welcome snacks, which was a nice local touch. Checking in was a bit confusing, as I initially went to another Sya accommodation by mistake, but the staff responded within 30 minutes to help me get sorted out. The location is in a quieter part of Hakata, around a 15-minute walk from the hustle and bustle, which I appreciated. Plus, it’s easy to get around since buses are conveniently located nearby, and the Gion subway station is close. The direct access from Gion to Chikuzen-Maebaru station made trips to places like Itoshima a breeze. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped, and peaceful base in Fukuoka!
