I am very happy to have booked this place, it was worth every last yen. We booked for two people and the comfort is much better than any hotel. I was unsure at the beginning, but booking an appatment without onsen turned out to be the best decision. We chose to visit a different onsen every day, one day onsen with white water, one day with mud, one day with sand bath, big onsen complex, small lokal ones...the possibilities are too many to experience in Beppu! I would be sad to waste my time on one hotel onsen. Also, the appartment has very comfy beds. Our stay was very comfortable.

Amenities were amazing. Not just washing machine, washing liquid and bathroom dryer. They have some type of drying rack and lots of hangers. It’s so good for long term travelers. We stayed here 2 adults and 2 young kids, good size room and nice simple furnitures. The beds are low, so good for baby and toddler. Bed sheets are so soft. Nice and comfy thin pillows. Parking spot isn’t in or next to the house but very close. Me and my family really liked here.
