We stayed here on our way to Koyasan, the final stop of the pilgrimage.(Shikoku 88temples) I am surprised that it is 3600 yen even if you stay with how many people. We stayed with our pet. Of course, the price will not change. Takaji, the owner, is the nicest person. This place is great if you want to communicate with the local. He also welcomes you even if you don't want it. Good facilities and location, right next to the Wakayama Castle. More importantly, super considerate hosts! Hiroko offered to pick me up from the station and even brought me there later on because my suitcase was so heavy.

Me and my friend visited this beautiful place off season cause we originally planned a trip to Tomogashima island. Due to bad weather, the ferry wasn't going, but this beautiful beach house and its host made up for our loss. He was very friendly and really tried to make us comfortable. We used the day to relax a bit and spent some hours at nearby "Cafe Glück". The beach and train station are also both only a few minutes away. Full recommendation!
