BelgiumWe had the best stay here in Ban Lung. It’s really impressive what Smey has build here! The bungalows are super clean and you have everything you need. We did a 2-day jungle trek and could just leave our stuff in our bungalow. Afterwards we booked an extra night because it’s so nice here. The food is also really delicious. Also would recommend doing your laundry here. Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back!

DenmarkThe owners are amazing, you are instantly included in the family. Every evening there is family dinner together with everyone. The kids are the cutest ever. The owners are knowledgeable about the area and a gives you great tips were to go and how to get there. The Jungle trekking booked true the home stay is a great adventure that i deffiently reccomed for everyone who comes to visit. The guides teach you how to survive in the Jungle and the hike is absolutely breath taking, its an experience above my expectations.

AustraliaRatanakiri Homestay is a really beautiful family-owned business that has some great private bungalows and from where you begin your jungle trekking adventure. The family were the sweetest, friendliest and warm people I've met from other places I stayed in Cambodia. We shared a Christmas dinner together, which was really lovely.
The room was comfortable and had a mosquito net. There was wifi, which helped plan my trip for after the trek. There was also a shop nearby, where you can buy snacks and drinks.
Highly recommend staying here as you will enjoy every moment.

FranceIt was really nice staying at Happy Homestay ! Stayed there two nights, the owner will help you with anything if needed. You also have the possibility to do a one day hiking and tour which was great ! I recommend 100% this place if you want to stay if Banlung !

The bamboo bungalows are fantastic and have a bath and mosquito nets for the bed. The owner speaks fluently english and he and his family will help you whenever and wherever they can. He is also a perfect guide for tours and jungle trekking and can tell you so much about ethnic minorities, local plants, animals and the khmer culture. The self-built homestay has a detailed and charming character and eating together at the family table was very personal and nice(and of course very delicious).
