Mr Norman and her wife were very friendly and their customer service was superb. We felt like we visited our parents. Kids felt like they were in grand parents’ house. Very decent people. This is a 100yrs old Bungalow, very beautiful and well maintained. The garden is very beautiful.

We stayed for 6 days but then extended for another week. We loved our little house above the fields. Every morning it was incredibly interesting to watch the life in the fields. It gets quite cold at night in this place but there are blankets in the apartment. The owner also served us breakfast every morning which was tasty and varied. The actual price was a bit higher than the booking.com listing. The WiFi is very fast but because of this the limit quickly ran out and we had to pay extra. Also the use of gas for cooking costs extra. Otherwise our stay was great!

We were a little late to reach our destination on that day But when we entered our accommodation, the first thing we observed was that it was so great. Everything was very neat, clean and beautiful. This is a really nice destination in a beautiful free location I firmly believe that the idea of coming back was in the minds of everyone in our group. I'm sure finding a destination like this in Bandarawela will benefit many more in the future. So thank you very much for your service with great hospitality as a in charge here..! I had a wonderful one-night stay here. The location is truly special—nestled in nature, with a calming stream nearby and beautiful greenery all around. The service was excellent, the staff was warm and caring, and the food was delicious. In the morning, we enjoyed watching many birds visit the area, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The rooms are nature-friendly and stepping outside feels like blending into the natural surroundings. It was a short but heartwarming and refreshing experience

Very nice place with many little nooks and corners with nice couches to relax and read a book. Comfortable bedrooms and breakfast options. We used this as a base to travel to ella by train, The staff are extremely helpful I wanted some steam to inhale, they organised the steam and also offered some herbs to add to the steam. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.
