Apartments are brand new and well equipped with safe parking spot, nice location close to sea. Quiet surroundings. We went flat tire and super kind apartments manager helped us with whole situation (contacted car mechanic, let us stay longer on apartment) Realy good place to enjoy your vacation especially with apartments manager like this that will help you with everything.

Great location and hosts. We were traveling with a small dog. The room was small but all needed was there. We were given delicious breakfast. We liked Petrovac more than other places along the coastline. But there were no oysters (found them only nearby Kotor). Definitely worth staying.

The place definitely deserves its high rating. The room is well-equipped. Everything was clean and fresh. Nice bathroom with shower supplies. Good mattress. Got a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets. The hostess was friendly, gave us helpful tips and helped us order a taxi. Good location. Very close to the beach. The area is quiet. There are a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket a few minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. I was tired from the travels but was welcomed so warmly by the staff that I forgot about the journey immediately. The rooms are pristine, comfortable and cosy, and the views from the terraces were stunning. It also has a rooftop terrace with beach chairs for even better views. The location was ideal as it is only a 5 mins walk from Lucice beach but the best part was just the amazing staff and their top class hospitality. Special thanks to Jelena for taking great care of me. I hope to be back soon.

Very nice people, the place was a life saviour for us after we were cheated by one of the booking apartments (Apartments Monte Re - we booked in advance, no one came to give is Keys, no one answered any of the messages or calls, we were left with no accomodation after a long drive from Poland). The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast really nice. The owners managed to find us a parking spot although the place was crowded and we booked last minute. They are really nice and friendly people. The breakfast is served in a bar at the top of the building that changes into cocktail bar in the evenings run by the owner - really convenient. The housekeeper Nina is one of those nicest ladies with no English but ready to help and explain everything in every possible way! Thanks to the place our vacation was saved! Hvala ❤️🧡

I loved everything! We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with terrace, and were completely satisfied. The nearest beach is 5 min walk away, and the way is not steep and comfortable. There are also a couple of other beaches: to the left is Lucice, and to the right Perazica Do, where leads the most beautiful path. There is a pretty nice vegetable/fruit shop in 200 meters, and the supermarket is also close, on the way to the beach. The kitchen was one of the best equipped Booking kitchens I saw — even with the oven. And Antoneta, the cleaning lady, was absolutely lovely and helpful. I‘m not sure if one conditioner is enough in the hottest months, but in June it was fine at night.

The property is located, just as advertised, close to the main beach, shops, restaurants, farmers' market, pharmacy etc; all less then 10 min walking distance. The location, albeit central, is very quiet day and night. You are welcomed by the lovely Armela, who lives at the premises and is available for any assistance. She is there should you need any extra towels, sheets or other apartment related questions. The apartment we booked was spacious, well equipped and clean. Even the terrace is big enough for a family of 4 to dine there. Air conditioning works superbly in both rooms. There is a big kids' playroom and a laundry room in the basement. The online manager, Teodora, responds promptly to messages, should you need any extra information or, for example, a taxi ride, like we did.

    Villa Julia is a nice, clean and spacious house in quiet and peaceful sorroundings. You can walk down to Lucice beach, which we think is the nicest beach in the budva area. You can also walk to Buljarica and Petrovac. The host are Julia and her mother, they were very welcoming and kind to us.

    Nice room with perfect Balkan atmosphere inside as well as outside the villa. There is everything you might need in the room from the kettle to the plates and pans. Location is great right to the sea and if you take the road you to the mountain you will find perfect place for solitude walks in the forest just above the sea. Host is very nice and friendly

    Beautiful villa with a large terrace offering stunning Petrovac seaside views. Vera, Bojana and Luka were super host and genuinely nice and friendly people. Excellent value for money. BTW, a powerful water pressure was the best surprise knowing how weak this can be in Montenegro’s coastal region. Highly recommended!
