There were a number of highlights during this stay at the ARC@Austin Hills JB, I shall name 3 that I felt was key to my stay experience: 1. Communications-as this was our first experience with a homestay, we weren’t clued in on what to expect especially when we were accustomed to the checkin/checkout protocols of traditional hotels but our host had been so clear with accompanying video instructions for checking in and out that made it such a breeze and hassle free experience. That established a good start to our stay despite us checking in almost past 12am due to the traffic congestion at the Malaysian causeway. In addition our host made it a point to check with us if we are ok and if we required help? We are grateful for her checking in on us😊 2. Hygiene-the other observation which made this list are the hygiene factors. this was particularly important to us because we have a young toddler and a baby with us especially since they are not COVID vaccinated it is important that the environment be clean, safe and secure. This place checked out on all factors. The floor is spotless and you know that it had been thoroughly wiped down. There are disinfecting hydrosols and sprays around the house and everything was spick and span. 3. Value for money-lastly our host made us welcome by providing snacks, amenities such as bottled water, clean towels, toothbrushes, shower gel, etc including free wifi. I will highly recommend this property! if you are still thinking don’t! just book it and experience for yourself 😊

We stayed there for 4 days 3 nites, That was a great stayed! The Condo is very nice, comfortable, clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner also provide washing machine, vacuum and other basic facilities. I highly recommended for those whose want to come with families or friends. I also want to highlight about the security guard at the main entrance gate, credit to them... they all very helpful & friendly. i will sure comeback to stay here. And hopefully they can maintain the quality of the service. Well Done Owner & The Team!

    We had an amazing time glamping at Canopy Villa @ Sireh Park! The luxurious tent was comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The campsite staff were friendly and helpful, and the activities on offer were so much fun. We loved the guided hike - it was a great way to connect with nature and each other. The scenery was stunning and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. We can't wait to come back and do it all again!
