The Bamboo Lodge is designed to be a leafy oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of the city and really achieves this. The lodges/rooms are well fitted out and comfortable. The lounge area and kitchen are great for cooking, relaxing and working (if you have to). The staff are friendly, practical and very helpful but the peacocks, hens, ducks, dogs and Kiwi the parrot are the real stars of the show! We had a great time here. The whole camp was absolutely lovely, even though it's in a village the campground itself at times feels miles away from any civilisation. The staff was lovely and the facilities were very well set up and taken care of especially for outdoor ones. The ambiance is lovely and you can see horses and cows from the edge of the camp.
