Very clean, comfortable and quiet mini apartment with kitchen. The staff is lovely and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Hayyat Luxury Apartment Hotel (6th - 14th of April 2023) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! First off, the location was perfect: right opposite the big Jinnah Park for our daily jogs, a walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road with all its opportunities, and generally right in the middle between “ancient” Lahore (walled city) and “new” Lahore (Gulberg, Defence). The building has two security guards posted outside who work round the clock - just like their reception. An elevator brings you to your floor. Our room was spacious, but since we were going to stay for a week, we wanted an extra room. I called the lobby and we were instantly upgraded - FREE OF CHARGE! Never before have I seen such great customer-oriented attitude and hospitality! We were given room no. 204: you enter into the dining room with balcony access, a door leads to the kitchen with all its amenities, another door to the spacious and beautiful bedroom (ensuite). The water pressure was great (with thick, long hair like mine, it’s always a big issue) and so was the bedding (spotlessly clean, two pillows per person and the right thickness of blanket). I truly enjoyed the serenity and calmness and slept deep. The room features a TV (netflix), safe, an iron + ironing board, and a laundry service - which was also FREE OF CHARGE! I’m not sure whether there was a hair dryer or not because I enjoyed air-drying my hair on the balcony. One of the reviews here said that the balcony was unusable due to pigeons - I haven’t found it to be the case. The hotel staff cleaned daily and I enjoyed watching the countless falcons circle in the sky. One actually stopped by on the reeling and I could take splendid close-up pictures of it! The reception is manned by 3-4 people. Mr. Usman was very courteous, and my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ikram, who answered my thousands of rather odd enquiries with the utmost professionalism and patience. We booked this apartment for a one night stay with my wife and our two sons, both under 10. The apartment was very clean, had new furniture, ACs in both bedroom and tv launch, warm water in the washroom for showers,etc. The apparent was very peaceful, and privacy friendly. Khan Sahb, the admin, and Saad bhai were very cooperative. It also had spacious and secure car parking both on the ground level and in the basement. It is centrally located but away from traffic noise. I would highly recommend it.

Really convenient location, based right next to a mosque. Nice wide hallway, with lifts which made it easier to transport luggage. The host was really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Loved the cleanliness and privacy.

This guesthouse is a hidden gem! I spent four nights in the dormitory. The place is close to shops and restaurants, there's hot water in the bathroom, a Western toilet, drinking water, water kettle, a stove, and a nice hall, where you can sit and chill. You can even spend some time on the terrace. The guesthouse is very safe, so I wasn't worried to leave my bicycle there. The owner is a super friendly and helpful lady, who speaks very well English. I'll definitely come back! :-) Thank you!

The comfort of the place and calmness all around was superb.. Cleanliness of furniture, room and washroom was superb. water was available all the times. Bedsheeting was outstanding.

Maati spaces feels like a home . It made my stay so comfortable and convenient. The room was big very clean with all facilities. The staff especially Mr usman, Denial and shan were so helpful and cooperative. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and even as a solo traveler girl i felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place for stay to my frnds and family and prefer staying here myself in future too.
