Staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Saleh, Murhaf and Muhamad. They made my stay very smooth and they were very helpful. I booked a studio flat and it exceeded my expectation by far. The room was very spacious and had all facilities you need like microwave, fridge, kettle, split Ac , big sofa, big bed more than 180cm width, dining table with four chairs + all extras that you get at hotel. So I would recommend this suite apartment very much as you feel like you are staying at a hotel and apartment at same time. Location of the hotel is very nice and they have their parking garage.

The hotel room has a lot of space, the bed is quite comfy, also it's very clean. The hotel is located near the center of the city so there are a lot of commodities, local sights. It's really beatiful in the evenings here. The owner is really friendly and cheerful, always ready to help

Very nice and clean place. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything that you might need. The bed was super comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by and the tram stop to reach the city centre as well as a metro stop are just a few minutes away by foot. Wifi worked very well. Very good value for money.

The staff are so welcoming and humble. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety each day there was a variation. Kids had cereal and we enjoyed the Turkish breakfast aswell as the chocolate cake! 😅 the hotel is So clean. The ladies that came round in the morning for room service promptly and were very professional. Topped up on the teas, coffees, replaced bedding and towels as well as a good clean as you would expect. Location was really good near buses and trams to where we wanted to visit. Food places around the area and a supermarket not far. Overall it is in a good safe neighbourhood and actually have no complains or anything bad to say about the staff or the property itself.
