The property was very well maintained, clean and efficient! The convenience of having dishes and beautiful appliances was wonderful. The decor was out of a magazine. The outside picnic table was perfect for our group to sit outside and enjoy our treats from the ice cream truck. There is a pool within the community as well as a restaurant, that we did not get to visit this time but plan to the next time we book. Beach access is less than a 2 minute drive, probably about 10-15 minutes walking. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms (each with queen sized beds and TVs), a bathroom with shower and tub, living room with large mounted TV and a large couch (this is where our two kiddos slept), and a kitchen (toaster, blender, microwave, keurig included). Down stairs - studio type layout with 1 queen bed, 1 twin sized mattresses in a trundle bed, decent sized sectional couch with mounted TV, small dining table, bathroom with shower, and utility room with washer and dryer. Very spacious - accommodated our group of 7 with ease and could have very easily accommodated 10+ if needed! The host is very accommodating and so sweet - she sent me information on rentals, nearby restaurants, etc. She provided us with snacks and a bottle of wine for our stay. She also followed up about an item that got left behind and was so generous in her response. If you’re on the fence about a stay here, this is your sign to GO FOR IT. It’s a wonderful property with a wonderful host!

Loved everything about our stay. The rooms were smart and elegantly decorated. Big bedrooms for our children's families. Washer/ Dryer included. The pool was an asset we all loved.

The location is perfect. Nice neighborhood. Right around the corner from Pleasure Pier. Restaurants and Chic Fila are within walking distance. We used Uber to get around. Super cheap. Our host gave us a bottle of wine, chocolate and waters. House instructions were very easy. He was awesome and we felt very welcomed.
