When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! The location was beautiful and so was the apartment. Only 20-30 minutes from the centre. If you want a relaxing time and enjoy Hanoi, this apartment is amazing. The host was also extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me out with everything, from information to anything needed. Will probably stay here again next time I am back.
