I stayed for one night due to a long layover. This is a separate room with a private bathroom, although I was lucky to have the whole apartment to myself as the host (who lives in another room) was absent for a night. A convenient location close to the airport and a very reasonable price which is rare for Abu-Dhabi. A friendly and attentive host who shared all necessary information via WhatsApp. Stunning view from a balcony. Great territory with a coffee shop, cafes, a swimming pool, and a private beach area (the water didn't seem to be very clean, but you can enjoy the chairs and the view). There's a Carrefour nearby.

Always attentive, always smiling — they really made us feel welcome and well cared for (Special thanks to Greg, Brenda, Ramesh and Peter from the F&B team, and to Dixon from the Security/Reception Team). Before arriving, I had read a few mixed reviews about the food, so I was a bit skeptical. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I tried almost every starter and main dish on the menu, and everything was delicious, fresh, and well presented. Clearly, a lot of care goes into the kitchen. All in all, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a unique, relaxing experience in a stunning location.

B12 Studio near Ferrari world, with canal and pool view si trova a Abu Dhabi e offre piscina all'aperto e vista sul lago. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. It had amenities that were very useful during our stay. The common areas such as the pool were enjoyable and the personnel was very kind to us. Our hostess made sure to answer all of our questions in time and we felt very welcomed since the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment.
