Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. Jin and Lin were most welcoming. Took care of us very well.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!

Free parking very convenient. 20min walk to the falls area. Easy check in process even when arriving late.
