Just several steps away from Shipaiqiao subway station, Fraser Suites Guangzhou offers luxurious serviced apartments in downtown Guangzhou. We got an ungraded to a suite. It was a nice surprise. The room is very spacious and nice. Has a washer drier that we needed badly . The staffs are very friendly and wonderful. Helpful and quick to respond. We stayed for 3 days. Great location, in one link and grandview mall. A lot of good small local restaurants behind the hotel too. We are very happy staying there

We liked almost everything. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety every day. The rooms were big and nice. The beds were very comfortable. Soft linen. Big bathroom and and a nice toilet with bidet, etc. The location was super. Big mall within 30 meters. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen and especially due to the Fraser Suite Hotel. Bill, the frontdesk employee, was amazing. He helped us a lot when there was an issue or when we needed some information. Also, Zoey was very nice and helpful. We will be back.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the rail network and is just across the road from a great shopping mall much to the delight of my family. The room was serviced and made up daily and the sheets changed every 3rd day, had a washing machine and balcony airing rack, the gym, pool, sauna and spa were amazing and everything was clean. The food was fantastic and the restaurant had a great vibe first thing in the morning.

The apartment was in a nice community and had a very good design. The separate toilet and shower rooms, with the sink outside those spaces, made it easy for two families to move around each other in the morning. The big table was great for our game night. Our grandson loved the bunk beds! It is a very green community with a nearby park. Close to Chimelong, which was our daily destination.
