The bathroom was very nice with a great view on the skyscrapers and a Japanese toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The area is really nice, there are lots of malls around and there is a good public transport connection. Jojo provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed and answering any questions I had. Alan was very helpful during checkin. He suggested me to add the Fraser WeChat contact, which came in handy later.

The room was serviced and made up daily and the sheets changed every 3rd day, had a washing machine and balcony airing rack, the gym, pool, sauna and spa were amazing and everything was clean. The food was fantastic and the restaurant had a great vibe first thing in the morning.

Our grandson loved the bunk beds! It is a very green community with a nearby park. Close to Chimelong, which was our daily destination.
