Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian street, Apple Shop, East Nanjing Road Underground Station (Line 2 & 10) and People's Square Underground Station (Line 1, 2, 8). Free Wi-Fi is available. Our stay exceeded expectations. The Family Premier room had a small living room with a sofa bed, large desk and the bedroom was of decent size. The small kitchen was good for heating up or fixing meals. The apartment was really clean and had a nice city view. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. There were fruits, salads, cold items, hot items - both local and continental, as well as live counter for eggs and noodle soup etc. The items changed every day which kept it even more interesting. Nanjing road was 2 mins away, People square station and park around 5 min walk. Bund was around 20 mins by foot. Hotel is in a quieter location, but near most everything. It's much nicer than the pictures i'm sharing.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and well appointed. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the Metro (line 2). There is a great kids play area and supermarket in the centre plus many other good restaurants.

This is much better than staying in a western style hotel. You get to feel the local life right in the middle of busy Shanghai. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The owner has been very nice and supportive throughout my stay, fully recommended! Grocery shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was clean, had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioner saved in case of intense heat. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils, in addition, the owner gave us water and food for breakfast, which was very useful after a long flight by plane. The owner was also able to meet us at night and took care of a taxi so that we could get to this apartment, he was always in touch. The owner is very kind and helpful, showed me everything and told me about the apartment and vacation in Shanghai. This apartment is located near the metro station, which is a very big plus considering the Shanghai transport system. We are very happy with our vacation and the fact that we chose these apartments!

The apartment has family rooms. Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Very good restaurants near by. Staff is very helpful, polite and sincere. Spacial apartment to reside and rest. Clean and tidy. Utensils in the kitchen are clean and new.

It features European-inspired accommodation with classic furnishings and elegant décor. Old and Antik APARTEMENT . Staff were very nice and helpfully in the center of Shanghai the bed were comfort and the breakfast was very delicious
