It is huge with a wonderful balcony, hosts are very kind, they allowed us to use another room in the morning and leave our bags until our room is ready. They also brought us our bags to the public ferry after the check out since we went to visit Karnak. Breakfast was great with a wonderful view from the terrace. If you want to experience the real Luxor, you should definitely stay here, as the nature and surrounding is incredible.

They offered to prepare egipcian dinner for us and it was the best choice we could have made! If we ever come back, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again at their place! You won't regret it! It's very quit, right behind the waterfront on the west bank where there are a bunch of nice places to eat. A pretty garden and the pool was very enjoyable. Wifi worked well, and smart tv with youtube and netflix was great for entertainment and getting some history lessons before visiting the sites. Just walk out the door and for a buck or 2 you are on the other side of the Nile or within moments you'll find a taxi to take you to the valley of the kings. We loved it. Owner was very communicative, speaks good English and always responded promptly via whatsapp. 10/10
